SAP QM
From quality management to quality control!

Quality management is an important component in times of globalization. Product quality and product liability are the focus of every division in a company. Quality must be planned for the entire product process, then monitored and optimized throughout procurement, warehousing, production and delivery.

The Quality Management component (SAP QM) helps you master these challenges and is fully integrated into the SAP ERP logistics chain.

Our service package:
  • Organization of the testing schedule: Requirements are defined that determine the test activities and workflows by type, location, frequency, instance, as well as scope.
  • Implementation of the actual quality check: This is the central element in generating test lots based on material movements and production. The test lots then undergo quality checks and the corresponding results are evaluated.
  • Integration into the connected info systems.
  • Implementation of forward-looking quality control: They are responsible for monitoring processes and introducing measures to correct negative outcomes in order to prevent them from recurring.
  • Mapping or integration into the designated complaint processes.
